The The - Burning Blue Soul (1981)

I'm trying to tell something to the world...but my words are slurred & slow

Not the first The The album I heard. In fact Soul Mining was my first intro to The The followed by Infected...then I decided to go as far back as I can, beyond Cold Spell Ahead and came across the most beautiful sounds that have ever emerged from Matt Johnson's mind. Originally released by Matt Johnson, it was then re-released in 1993 by his band's name, The The.
I can't express how happy this album makes me feel. It's so dark, emotional & uplifting. It really takes you to a beautiful place...
It makes you see the beauty in all that is gloomy, ugly, & depressing.
The last few weeks I've been a total wreck. I haven't been feeling good about myself, was in Ireland for reasons not too pleasant, came back and was sick, job has been stressful...
But all this music makes those negative feelings go away.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do :) This is all the therapy I could ever need.
