Wall of Voodoo - Dark Continent (1981)

The first album by bizarro new wave group, Wall of Voodoo. This beats Mexican Radio any day! Still an awesome song though. Dark Continent makes me feel like I'm stranded in the middle of the southwestern desert, surrounded by red rock and cacti. All the songs carry the same harmonica tune, which makes it feel like one continuous track almost. Sometimes it's interesting, other times it's eerie, other times it's just erratic. In a good way of course! Check it out!
